The opportunities that Perth Business Management and Technology is intended to realise are as follows: ERP reduces the operational and functional cost Improves the operational effectiveness and efficiency It gives reliability, visibility, security and accountability Improves the reporting and planning processes Improves University’s efficiency The ERP system will make the overall productivity faster with service look up and time saving and cost as well. Maintaining all system specifications if the ERP system is implemented then it would be able to improve the system productivity with a reduction in lead time. According to the project specification it has been realized that the project should be completed within 100 days and within an estimated budget of $15,000. Not only this but also, the developers needs to ensure that during migration no information is being lost from the storage. In addition to this, the developers should use all appropriate software and hardware requirements while implementing the ERP system. Sales and marketing strategies implementation are not the part of the project and also stakeholder’s engagement strategies are not the part for the project.
