INTRODUCTION
There are specific skills which are required in a person to be a part of employ in any
company is employability skills. These skills have to be problem solving, planning, organizing,
self- management, technological friendly, etc. These are few skills which an individual must
have so that the company can profit from them so that there is a growth of the individual in an
industry and can achieve their personal goals and aims of life. Team work is another important
skill which is required in the person for growth of the company so that all the employees can
work as one so that there is growth of the individual and the company.
Travelodge was founded in 1939 and the headquarters are in California, United States.
This company is having 435 properties which includes 31.005 rooms as of 2018. This company
is spread across 8 countries and is going to expand more in the future because of the aim and
objectives they have for the company. The most important skill which is required in this
company for being an employee is communication because there are a lot of customers who are
not booking and coming directly for check in's therefore it is very important for the company to
entertain them properly.

effectively so that I have to work

that they can help me to improve
