8.2 Identifying areas for improvement in own practice in planning
There are various areas which I need to improve in a significant manner. I need to
manage the time properly and make the schedule in which there are various activities which is
been specified and I need to follow the curriculum. I also need to provide the heathy and positive
environment to the candidates in which the main focus is to help them achieve growth in the
future.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been analysed that teaching and learning practices needs to
create a balance in the education and training. On the other hand, in this report the main focus is
to analyse the ethics and values which needs to be implemented by the teacher to improve their
teaching practices, For further instance, with the help of new technological tools they can
become more better in every manner and creates the viable situation for every individual.
