INTRODUCTION
Teaching is the practice which helps other individual to grow their overall skills and
capabilities in an effective manner. Teachers plays the vital role in the life of the individual.
They help them to capitalise on various work oriented opportunities which will arise in the
future. The report aims to analyse about understanding the importance of teaching and learning
in the own practices (Ellis, and Goodyear, 2019). On the other hand, in this report there will be
brief discussion about various things which is been used by the teacher in order to improve the
critical areas of the students in an effective manner. The teacher could implement the ethical
codes and values which will help them to become more strategic and provide better learning
experience to the learners. Along with that, in this report there are various stages which is been
used to evaluate the assessments of the learners and use the points of referral in an effective
manner. For further instance, there is evaluation about implementation of the equal behaviour in
the organisation which promotes healthy working environment.

TASK A
1.1 Analysing various role and responsibilities in education and training
Teaching in the profession in which there is right path which is been provided to the
individual. The main focus is to share various things and improves the knowledge of the learners.
There are various techniques which is been used in order to help them become more competitive
in nature and identify the areas in which they are lacking. Teaching certainly increases to
promote the healthy working environment (Hero, and Lindfors, 2019). They need to become
more supportive and provide the positive learning which help them to become more certified in
nature. The assignments which is given to the learners helps them to improve the critical areas
and help them to function better. In order to help the students achieve growth the main focus is to
boost their confidence level and help them to become more prominent in carrying out multiple
activities in an effective manner. There are various tools which is being used in order to improve
the learner areas and help them to achieve multiple goals and objectives in the market. Being a
teacher of business I generally boost the morale of the employees and help them to capitalise on
various opportunities. With the help of providing them healthy working environment. There are

multiple skills and capabilities which is been developed by them. There are code of conduct and
values which is being prompt and frame the desired environment for the individuals.
1.3 Analysing the relationships and multiples boundaries between the teaching role
There is importance of relationship and boundaries in the own role and the other
practices. The main responsibility of the teacher is to provide the rich teaching experience to the
learners. The teaching career will also help to enhance the relations with other individual. There
is the systematic workflow which is been created in order to identify the weak points of the
individuals in which they are lacking (Joynes, Rossignoli, and Amonoo-Kuofi, 2019). They
could focus it on becoming better in the future. The relationship needs to be existed for a longer
period of time and there is healthy behaviour which needs to be established due to the investors
and shareholders which have the significant impact on individual. Being ba teacher of business
in my profession I provide the necessary guidance to the learner which helps them to achieve
growth and help them become more better in their studies. I am concerned about carrying out the
activities in a proper manner. The main focus is to implement the equal behaviour in the
workplace in which the teaching-learning practices is been carried out in s systematic manner.
There are multiple boundaries which is been set in order to improve the inclusive practices and
help them work appropriately.
2.2 Analysing the role and the use of initial and diagnostic assessment
Assessments helps the teacher to identify the key areas in which they are lacking. There
are multiple benefits which could be availed by the individual (Kumar, and Chand, 2019). The
assessment criteria will help them to identify mistakes and help them to achieve growth and
development. The role of assessments in been described below:
Initial assessments – In this the teacher gets the clear picture about various things and
improve the learning abilities in relation to the proposed apprenticeship. This will help
the individual to achieve success in the future and help them to become more competitive
over other individual.
Diagnostic assessments – The main purpose of the diagnostic assessments is to collect
the data from the students about the topic and improve their areas in an effective manner.
There are various gaps which could be analysed properly with the help of systematic
roadmap.

Being a teacher of Business the main focus is to use the diagnostic assessments. This
helps to improve the areas and use the assessment to find the gaps and enhance the knowledge of
the learner. There are new boundaries on which they could capitalise in the market. There are
various other strategies which is been also implemented in an effective manner to improve the
ideas and learning of the individuals.
1.4 Describing various points which relates to referral to meet needs of learners
The referral points is one of the most crucial aspects which helps the teachers and the
students to improve their overall aspects. There is an assistance which is been created and the
points of referral helps to understand the needs of the learners. The points of deferral can be used
by the students in an effective manner. They can solve the complex problems and carry out best
results in the uncertain situations (Müller, and Goldenberg, 2020). It helps the learner to become
more positive in every manner and help them to achieve great results in the future. There are two
points of referral which is been known as internal and external. Internal points of referral means
the teachers provide the right learning experience in which there are expert lesson plans and
other materials which can be utilised by the learners. On the other hand, external referral factors
is been used in order to provide the better growth opportunities to the learners. Being a teacher of
business there are internal referral points which is being provided by me to the students. The
main focus is to provide them right teaching material and help them to becoming more
successful in every manner. There are multiple new techniques which is been used by me in
order to focus on the growth of the individual. The needs to learners could be analysed properly
to provide them right material in relation to the subject and which fulfil the basic criteria.
1.2 Summarising key aspects of legislation and serval ethics
There are multiple legislations which is being related to the teaching practices. The code
of conducts will help to improve and maintaining the standards and the policy which is been
established in an effective manner. The activities will help them to become more accurate and
the act is been described below:
Health and safety Act – This is the cat which is been implemented in order to ensure the
heath and safety of the individuals. There are multiple decisions which needs to be
carried out properly in order to provide the individual healthy environment(Nawi, and
et.al 2019). Being a teacher of business I am concerned about providing the individual a
safe environment in which they are capable of learning new things in a strategic manner.
