Project Description
The purpose of this project is to create a website for café shop so that it can
achieve unique customer value and experiences. The café is desired to
serve quality and different types of coffees and drinks at all times to the
customers. They are strive to treat the customers as their guests by their
online services. The allocated budget for the project is $25,000 and it is
take 2 months to complete the entire project plan.
To create website for cafe shop
 Submission of the project charter
 E-commerce website design documents
 Execute to design plan
 Menu includes breakfast, lunch and coffee with different varieties
 To complete the project plan within estimated budget and scheduled
time
 To design the website as per project requirements
 To raise the satisfaction level of the customers
 Testing of the website on explorer
 Uploading of the web pages of the website on the computer server
The budget contingency is to be 15%.
There is no funding collected for the project.
