1POLICY ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT The public policy taken by the healthcare organization is creating of incentives for the health care providers for helping them to experiment with the system of care management and patient involvement approaches that will be helpful for enhancing health-related results and reduce the expenditure. Strengths Aging health care facilities and processes, artistic medical equipment’s, effective investments in healthcare informatics and high emphasis on community healthcare projects of improvements. Other strengths of the CVS health organization, policy initiative include high performing staffs provided with a clear understanding in between the employees of the organization and its goals with an effective focus on quality improvement. The policy is based on incentives for the health care providers for helping them to experiment with the system of care management. Healthcare organization is a public administration service. In this context, it would be justifiable for most of the citizens of US to expect a public administrative theory to be highly established due to its capability to reach into the lives of Americans (Sallis, Owen & Fisher, 2015). Therefore, based on a situation of the policy it can be stated that according to the theory of administrative management in relation to principles of natural justice no employees must be judged in their own cause and both sides of the conflict must be considered in case of any bias. Therefore, the policy is innovative as it has the ability to influence the policy with an experience in the development of the community. Weakness Employees within the workplace are needed to define their success as not many employees are doing their work. There is a major difficulty in managing the delivery of policiesserviceandadvocacyofthepolicies.Moreover,collaboratingwithother

Many specific incentive policy, experiment, and priorities require particular approaches for working with different partners within the region. In this context, the diversity of the collaborative organization also requires different approaches. There may be financial difficulties within some incentivepolicy and experimentof employeesand particulargroups within the workplace (Watts et al., 2015). As a result of which there may be challenges taking place surrounding the misunderstanding of the concepts related innovation resulting to vague prioritization of the adopted policies. Opportunities There are various opportunities for the healthcare organization. The organization will be provided with an opportunity of fostering cross-sector care provision initiatives that will help tostimulatethe recognitionand advancementsof thenewincentivepolicyand experiment and associations. This will help to explore the new type of care provisions for the well-being of the patients as well as providers. This will also provide them with the opportunity to improve and enhance the standards of the systems and operations given out by the healthcare organization (Obama, 2016). By doing so, they will be able to enhance and empower the results based on the collaborations in between different employees with an opportunities from different international networks. Threats There might be various threats to the policy initiative within the healthcare company due to the increased amount of competition and difficulties in managing the local strengths while promoting internalization within organization. There might be issues such as cut down of budgets owing to equipment’s; experiments care systems, wrong perceptions of incentives systems.
