INTRODUCTION Each and every individual has their own capability and skill which lead them to achieve their goal in an impressive manner. In this, there are various sort of talents that is required for very students or pupils to perform any specified activity in a better way. Some of it are communication ability, capacity to grab knowledge, understanding the scenario, critical thinking and many more (Ayyildiz and Tarhan, 2015). However, making use of available resources and element empower individual to enhance their potentiality and also to overcome the shortcomings in an improved manner. This report is in the format of portfolio in which it highlights the content related to skills which is required for students in their academic role, overview of achievement from attending GBS section. Finally, evaluation of various challenges that pupil undergoes during their process and also the identification of ways to tackle over the same for enriching the performance in a better mode. ASSESSMENT – 1 A. Learned skills As per this report, the aspect of GBS section is regarded as asignificant elementin all kind of educational institution. This is because, it motive each students to enhance their ability and also to learn several activity in order to gain competent role. However, in a learning process of any particular subject, there is a several kind of methods for understanding and acquiring the knowledge in an improved mode. Hence, on the basis of students review over GBS program, it has been signified that tit was fully systematic and effective as it help them to know about different new things which is needed for an academic aspect. However, the received feedback was that students were able to learn how to operate latest electronic resources such as online books, articles, text, objects and many more as this technique is considered as one of the initial tool in present day learning procedure (Banditvilai, 2016). This is because, it was easy to operate, time consuming, and also several images, text, graphs, animated objects made pupil to learn more clearly and effectual. Along with this, by the execution of GBS section, it aid pupil to acquire information related to note making, bibliography and also to understand the importance of planning in advance in regard of resources which is necessary for academics. However, the aspect of note taking method enable students to segment complex topic into smaller sections in order to produce a better outcome without any hindrances. Additionally, one of the core
component which pupil obtained from GBS activity that is how to avoid plagiarism. This is because, in majority of the institution, the act of plagiarism is viewed as major mistake which may impactnegatively overindividual career in the form of suspension from academic premises. However, the overall feedback about GBS program was positive in nature because it enable entire students to grab different information and also to gain knowledge about how to utilise resources for the accomplishment of better outcome. B. Requirement of skill From the above explained content, it has been stated that the formulation of GBS program was productive and effective as many pupil were able to know several things related to improving the learning skills (Ebied and et.al., 2016). Hence, there are some more potentiality which an individual needed for achieving competent level of growth and development. IN relation to this, the primal skill that students requires is that communication ability. This is because, it is refer as an essential tool which empower personnel to interact with each other by avoiding the possibility of misunderstanding, misconception, confusions, ambiguity and so on. In addition to this, another ability that is identified for students is that presentation skill, debating as these two competent is being utilised in both fields i.e. academic and professional ground. However, to maintain the attention of specified audience for longer time period, an impressive presentation skill which involves body language, gestures, way of interacting, eye contact, content and etc. help an individual to attain the positive response as well as can explore the knowledge in an amended manner. Moreover, some more skills which has been determined such as ways to reflect the own experiences or ideas, make use of available time and resources in order to enrich the overall performance in an effective way. C. Identification of challenges and ways to overcome However, during the process of obtaining learning skill, each students were able to determine their own strength and weakness which drive them to explore their hidden talents or abilities for attaining success in an impressive manner (Field, Duffy and Huggins, 2015). On the other hand, there are various challenges which students faced while attending different learning sections or activity. Some of the difficulties are: Insufficient resources:The core issue that a pupil face is that lack of resources such as not having enough furniture, technology, curriculum material, textbooks which hinder personnel from acquiring knowledge or information in a better way.

However, for tackling the issue of less dedication, the aspect of providing motivation help pupil to actively take participate in all activities and also improve the overall performance in an innovative mode (Luiz Adrian, Zeszotarski and Ma, 2015). Proper direction:A clear and transparent guidance lead a manpower to reach its pre determined objective without nay hindrances. Hence, to cope up with improper guidance, teacher must make an effort to give best direction and also deliver relevantinformation. Due to this, it aid students to develop their potentiality and also can enlarge their career aim in an improved manner. Optimal utilisation of resources:In this, an education institution must make an attempt to identify the resources required for conducting learning procedure and also take an initiative to make use of available resources at optimal level. This is because, when students contains enough resources, it motivate them to grab the opportunities and also to make best decisions in order to enhance the skill in a competent manner (Priego, Muñoz and Ciesielkiewicz, 2015). CONCLUSION It has been signified from the above discussed report that for enlarging the capability or potentiality, proper platforms and resources help an individuals to reach their aim in a desired time limit. Moreover, it effective communication and guidance lead student to improve their learning skill and also to overcome the challenges in an improved or amended mode.
