INTRODUCTION E portfolio also known as digital portfolio is the sum or collection of electronic evidences that is managed by user, usually on the web (Aaker, 2020). With the help of mini projects that not only build creativity in the by understanding the cross cultural understanding as differ kinds of individuals meet to get success in the defined goals and objective in potential manner. from the above discussion it has been evaluated that for an individual mini project workshops directly contribute in the development of employability by taking the active participation in respective projects. Presentation skill:Respective skills are the effective way to deliver the knowledge and information to engage variety of audiences to the information. Respective kind of skill concerned with the number of areas such as structure of presentation, designing and informative content of slides, tone of voice and body language that directly attract the audience to fulfill the objective in potential manner (Dunst, 2019). it is very much potential for an individual to put focus on enhancement of respective skills as it contributes in engaging with the business goals and objectives by defining works and activities. For a student it is very much potential to develop the presentation skill in oneself as it enhance the chances of employability in near future. SWOT analysis:SWOT is the internal analysis tool that used in context of both the organization and for individual to acknowledge the internal strength and weakness to improve the abilities. Respective tool proved very much beneficial for accessing the business environment for building effective kind of strategies and tactics to remain competitive in business environment. For a student to make oneself employable required to adopt the SWOT analysis by using it an individual can evaluate one’s skills and capabilities and areas of improvement in potential manner. Note taking:Note taking is one of most important skills in today’s very hectic world, as people surrounded with number of activities. For a student required to have the knowledge about cover letter and its significance to achieve potential outcomes.
