The study is based upon EE which is deal at telecommunication department and for that
report will provide SWOT analysis and examine the impact of opportunities and threats within
Human resource department and operational department.

S stands for strength, whereas, W refers to Weaknesses, O is Opportunities and T stands for Threats.

environment that may affect the business brand image due to some factors. i.e lack of teamwork
abilities (Hajizadeh, 2019).
