The study is based upon EE which is deal at telecommunication department and for that
report will provide SWOT analysis and examine the impact of opportunities and threats within
Human resource department and operational department.

1.INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
Define the Internal Environment. List the components of the Internal Environment of your
organisation. You can show a diagram.
Internal environment refers to the culture, members and events that affect the business internally
and it has an ability to influence the decision of an organization. There are list of factor that affect
the business internally especially the behaviour of its human resources (Sarsby, 2016).
The components of internal environment of EE company are as mention below:
2. COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIES
Define competencies and capabilities.
Capabilities refers to the set of skills as well as task abilities that an individual can perform. Such that
professionalism and interpersonal and communication skills. Whereas, competencies is the
condition of having capacity to do something in order to meet the future needs. Like, building
personal relationships, working effectively in teams etc.
Define distinctive competencies and distinctive capabilities.
Distinctive competency is any capability which distinguish a company from its competitor and it also
