INTRODUCTION
A personal development plan documents a process of self-analysis, personal reflection, and an
honest assessment of an individual's strengths and weaknesses (Malhotra, Khan, and Khera,
2022). Furthermore, before creating a personal development plan, individuals must perform a
skill audit, which will aid them in analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. Individuals create a
personal development plan after analyzing their weaknesses, which assists them in effectively
overcoming their weaknesses. This report is broken down into four sections: a skills assessment,
a personal development plan, a work-based project (short, medium, and long-term goals), and a
reflection. All of this will contribute to an individual's improved growth as well as the efficient
conduct of activities connected to a brighter future.
MAIN BODY
Skills analysis
A skills audit is a rigorous evaluation of research skills and knowledge. Furthermore, audit must
give proof of current or increasing expertise. Furthermore, skill audit is linked to need analysis,
which simply implies identifying any training or personal development requirements. In simple
terms, a talent audit and a need analysis both have two sides, namely, what an individual has and
what they require. Additionally, doing an initial skill audit and requirements analysis is a
reflective activity that should be updated on a regular basis.
I am working in hospitality Sector Company and join the organization during my
University course to enhance my skills and experience in the organization. After I had completed
one year my manager and courage my leadership and management I have followed in the
organization and achieve a success by the joining the department as a junior manager in the
company. In order to analyze the requirements of various skills I have conduct a SWOT analysis
which helps me to identify my strength weakness opportunities and threats that are available in
in my career in order to enhance my personal as well as professional growth (Gurung, Gurung,
and Wannasri, 2020). The explanation of SWOT analysis has been developed on the basis of my
own skills and experience that has been provided below:

My administrative abilities are
strong, and they help me complete
tasks linked to business management
efficiently. It entails a variety of
tasks, including filing paperwork,
dealing with internal and external
stakeholders, presenting essential
data, and creating processes, among
others.
Another asset I possess is
confidence, which aids me in
carrying out duties efficiently. I will
be able to effectively interact with
everyone and convey vital
information with the help of this
power.
I am appointed at forming teams,
which is crucial while working as a
manager or leader. Furthermore,
team building is an important talent
since it aids in the successful
development of a team.
Time management skills can be
considered as my major
weakness, since I can't keep track of
everything in the time allotted.
Furthermore, it is critical for me to
handle things well and complete
them within the timeframe necessary
in order to acquire professional
possibilities.
My decision-making ability can be
considered as another weakness,
since I find it difficult to make
decisions on any issue. This might
cause me a lot of problems since I
won't be able to make informed
decisions about crucial issues.
Communication is also one of my
weakness that I need to improve on
since it might make it difficult for
me to communicate with others in
everyday life as well as at work.
I'm not very good at planning, which
may apply to everything. Inadequate
planning, on the other hand, leads to
challenges or complications in the
execution of any project.
