1. Work is defined to perform the duties for wages and salary.
2. The project schedule is such a tool which is used to
communicate what works is required to perform the work in
scheduled timeframes. The schedule reflects the work which
is associated with delivering the project plan on time (Kerzner
and Kerzner 2017).
3. Milestone is such a tool used to mark particular points along
with the project timeline.

From the portfolio for Week 5, I have learnt about the success factors required to implement the organizational project management. The management
commitment is required to follow the success factors of project such as leadership, continuous improvement, and the organizational change management. I
have understood what is realistic with the project resources and timeframes of the project.
