This week's portfolio focuses on argument, logic, and ethics in project management. The learning outcomes include analysing common arguments using logic, persuasion, and influence factors, differentiating methods of project negotiation, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement, and explaining the consequences of project delays, disruptions, and changes to planned activities. The readings and assignments helped in identifying the overall look to the Chunnel project and proposing the theoretical aspects that could have led the project delivery in an efficient and effective manner.
