This assessment has helped in maintaining the consequences the delays in the
project and have helped me in claiming for products and contracts in the
variations. I have understood the delays in lot of issues in the project site. .
Negative effects such as contract termination, contractors, loss of productivity
and increased costs were investigated and evaluated.
