INTRODUCTION
Business sector is wider and broader which consists of different types of environment
and accordingly activities are carried out. Global Business environment refers to
environment which includes different integration with foreign countries and factors which
affect their environment and decision making (Ifinedo, 2018). Main aim of this report is to
examine the impact of global Business environment and identify the challenges encountered
within by organisation. Morrison’s supermarket chain headquartered in United Kingdom.
Enterprise deals in grocery items apparels, fashion and accessories etc. It has many
competitors like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tesco etc. This report consists of various kinds of
ethical challenges, code of conduct in providing solution to issues, positive & negative effect
of code of conduct. Continuous professional development plan is also examined.

Briefly analyse ethical challenge facing the global business environment
This is essential for business organisation to be aware about global Business
environment and what different it ethical issues can be arise during enterprise activities
functions and operations (Lu, 2019). In consideration of Morrison’s, with the help of market
and social message manager and leaders both are capable of analysing ethical issues which
could be arise within global business environment and impact upon processes. So, in today's
time corporate social responsibility is to be known as major challenge which is found and
encountered by multinational companies.
Corporate Social Responsibility
This is defined as an ethical challenge in which enterprises are integrated with social
as well as environmental concerned activities and execute their business operations with
consideration of improving environment. With changing period of time, it is becoming
critical essential for every entity to focus on corporate social responsibility so that
engagement towards stakeholders is done in most efficient manner. In reference of selected
organisation, it is a global located company which enforces them to fulfil their CSR so that it
become easier to follow all rules and regulations with environment, meet needs and demands
at all aspects of society or community.

Positive impact
 Ease of organisational processes & activities- It is the positive effect of CSR which
is adopted by Morrison’s. When Corporate social responsibilities are properly filled
by select company it makes it easier for them to focus on execution of their business
activities in most efficient manner without facing any legal problem.
 Increases goodwill- It is another positive effect of CSR because when organisation
systematically fulfil their responsibilities with environment and people engagement
and Goodwill of a brand increases at higher scale with the market which also leads to
accomplishing of competitive benefits (Ngwane, 2018).
Negative impact-
 Requires wide range of information- It is a negative impact of CSR because when
company needs to fulfil their social integrated responsibilities they need a deep level
of information with the relevant data on the basis of which reports and documents are
prepared which is a time consuming and a lengthy process.
 Flexible- It is another negative impact of corporate social responsibility because it is
flexible according to the time and changing trends which makes it difficult for
organisation to fulfil their responsibilities at all aspects.
Code of conduct that assist in resolving issue
It is not easier for ownership to deal with explosives because then it should be resolved
with appropriate way so that processes of companies are not being affected. With proper use
of code of conduct it is convenient for organisation to carry out their activities and execute
them in ethical manner (Ali, 2020).
Working as collaboration team- This is too crucial code of conduct which is utilized by
Morrison’s when it comes to resolving issue of ethical problems because then employees in
organisation works together in become easier for companies to accomplish their task on given
deadline and promote mutual understanding at workplace which is beneficial for growth and
development.
Adopting practices- It is another important code of conduct image it focuses on
implementation of most effective strategies which can be used how to solve encountered
issue at workplace. Practices can be adopted beginning relevant information and analysis of
market which gives different ideas to individual how to deal with ethical issues.

Employees- The purpose of meaning and carrying out all activities ethically and
professionally so that subordinates awareness is needed to be increased within workplace so

which are needed by every business sector to execute their activities within environment
(Meyers, 2018). With the integration of these professional bodies Morrison’s find it easy
engage with customer society and community efficiently. Different and wide range of
information is laid down by ICRS which helps selected company to fulfil their
responsibilities at every respect and process.
CIPD
CIPD is expanded as continuous chartered Institute of personnel development which
is main professional body to award professional human resources qualifications (Macasaet,
2019). With the help of this professional body they provide a detailed knowledge and
information about personal development and growth is possible by resolving ethical issues.
From the above reflected paragraph it is stated that global environment issues are
easily resolved by professional bodies due to their level of expertise and information they
possess. It is duty of both managers and leaders to ensure that healthy relationships are
maintained with these associations which are beneficial for future growth.

Despite of being having option of following code of conduct there are many
organisation that do not properly follow them and faces many problems. Different impacts of
