INTRODUCTION Knowledge and creativity refer to the combination of conversation in different kind of knowledge. it occurs as user interact, learn and practices. The report is based on the knowledge and creativity whereas describe about the idea job and further analyse the job description. The documentation will discuss about the different resources that can help for seeking an idea job. MAIN BODY 1.Describe about the own idea Job. My idea job is related the HR professional that will manage the human capital within organization. I have interested in Human resources manager profile whereas it always inspires to achieve professional and personal goals. I always try to search Job profit related HR professional and find out through different resources. The primary role of HR is to establish the connection with other people so that it always encourages to communicate with the staff members and resolve their professional issues (Afsar, Masood and Umrani, 2019). I like to interact with people and provide information regarding policies or procedures in organization. In this way, I am interested in this sort of HR manager Job because I want to explore my learning abilities in career development, make sure that I sincerely interested in the HR job and will be motivated to perform different roles and participants in recruitment process. I would like to do work within manufacturing companies to improve my own capabilities and abilities. In order to gain more and more knowledge within organization. 2.Evaluate the Job description for my idea Job. I get job into HR profession that is not because when I am a good person. A reason to get into HR because I have interested in this field whereas choose career of management profession. Most of people want to do work in HR professional because they want to become leader but I choose HR field for improving skill and knowledge (Gu and O'Connor, 2019). In this way, I am closely do work with the different department within organization. For me, it become great experience for establishing the coordination between one department to another. As per survey, I have found that HR manager focused on ensuring the compliances and maintaining level of staff members. In future, I have seen that shift into the significant role to become strategic level and increasing involvement towards business operations. In my opinion, it become great opportunities for enhancing their professional and personal skills (Yuan, 2019). I think these changes might impact people looking to work in that HR role in future. It will create 3
positive image while people give more respect. After 4 year, I become great leader to manage and control overall business responsibilities effectively. I can develop skills to handle business policies and strategies. 3.Determine the different resources that can help for seeking a job. Currently, there are different resources available in the market which provide the alert notification message to job seeker. I am looking for job related Human resources professions where I need to update of new job. I could follow different tool which enable me to find suitable job. It can be divided into different groups: LinkedIn, Facebook, Reed, Twitter, indeed and Monster etc. LinkedIn:It is the most common resources that provide information about the new updated job with any organization. I can directly connect with the organization pages used to view primarily as HR details. I could use the LinkedIn for establishing a connection directly with the business leaders, who are promoting the career opportunities and Job advertainment. Facebook:It is another resource of information where it provides the details about the organization because I have found that many firms use this platform for purpose of advertisement. It is becoming easy for me to search the details and notification related Human resource job opportunities on Facebook (Penco, Ngo and Farah, 2019). I have seen that it helps for establishing connection with other people. Twitter:It is based on the marketing plan where organization can use platform to create the successful social media campaign to provide details of job opportunities. I have used this platform to share things where I have found job opportunities and showing interest towards human resource professions. As per experience, I have identified that there are lot of opportunities related human resource jobs. Sometimes, it is very difficult for me to differentiate between wrong and right job. So that these types of platform are helping to validate or verify and then move to another level. 4
