This is the report which will going to cover an ideal job role in addition with the job description and specification. a) What is your ideal job After completing my graduation, I wanted to work as a Human resource manager in an organisation. It is my ideal job for which I have done a lot of effort and work in order to improve my skills and knowledge. All my skills are quite effective for this job position and I will be able to produce positive outcomes as per the job position. b) Job description for the role HR manager of the company is responsible for the developing various policies related to employees, managing staff members and so on. In addition to this, they provide training and development sessions as well as hire best and suitable candidates. There are ample number of duties & responsibilities which need to be fulfilled by the HR manager so that organisational goals and objectives will be accomplished. It is said that it is very essential for a HR manager to provide training and development sessions to their employees on a regular basis so that there efficiency will be enhanced. In addition to this, it has also been said that managers of the company conduct induction for the new employees in order to make them friendly with the working environment and providing them knowledge about their job role. Duty of a HR manager is to record as well as produce strategies and policies in order to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism ration. Along with this, it is also very essential for the HR manager in order to ensure that every activity will be conducted in an ethical manner. This will help them
