1. Introduction
Success is important for an individual in all places whether university or office. There are different ways that
will help an individual in its growth and success. These are SWOT analysis, PDP plan, requirements of
different skills i.e. communication, time management, decision making etc.
2. Summary: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your employability skills (500 words).
I attended this workshop that was effective in my career growth and success. With the help of this
workshop, I increased my knowledge about the effectiveness of PDP plan, SWOT analysis and many
more. With the SWOT analysis, I easily identified my strengths, weakness, threats and opportunities that
helped me in my career development. I identified that I am weak in different areas including
communication, critical thinning and observation. These are main weak areas that have negative impact on
mine. In order to overcome these weaknesses, I used to prepare PDP plan that helps me in improvement
of my all weakness in systematic and effective manner. I increased my knowledge about the effective and
ineffective communication, poor and bad presentation etc. This knowledge and understanding helped me
in my career progress and growth and supported me in attainment of career goals within less time period
fulfilling and in effective manner. I developed my CV that helped me in my professional career. This is
beneficial for me in improvement of my employability skills. By using communication skill, I become able in
communicating of each and every information to my juniors and also high authority that turn to impact in
reduction of conflict among them and also supported me in accomplishment of my career growth. Decision
making is another skill that helps me in improvement of my employability skill effectively. Through, such
type of skill, I easily tack decision in all situations that turn to support me by enhancing my employability
skill. Decision making skill helped me in every situation that result in attainment of organisational goals and
objectives within minimum time and in successful manner. Time management is important skill that helped

me in managing all activities or tasks within allotted time period. Time is important in my professional
career because with the help of time management skill I become able in completing activities provided by
company within given time and in successful manner. all these are important and essential skills in my
career progress and growth and also supported me in achievement of better outcomes within minimum
time. This workshop contributed me by increasing my skills and knowledge that have positive impact in my
career growth. With the support of this workshop, I am able in developing my professional career that will
be significant for me in achieving of better outcomes in less period of time and in successful manner.
Through employability skill I easily attract larger base of customers, improved brand image of company,
increased sales and so on. These are biggest advantages of having all skills that result in my growth and
development in successful manner. Therefore, employability skills are important and essential in my
growth and development as well as helped me in achieving of long term goals and objectives, which are
effective in my personal and professional development.

There are total 12 documents that re valuable and useful. All these documents are important. Along with this,
usefulness or value of the appendix will be explained as below:
