In this essay I will talk about myself, about how I feel, about how I
developed and how I changed my thinking and way of life since I started
the course.
Everything I am learning in this course has contributed to a cange in my
life for the better, the way of thinking, my learning style, and I will
analyse how this is going to help me shape my future.
Leaving my wife and children behind in Romania to move to the Uk in
search of a better job and future was very painful and I had my doubts,
as I was also leaving my own car Buisness behind, but I also knew I had
to risk it if I wanted to improve our lives. I could not miss out on this
opportunity.

I thought I could move on to a new country, with a new culture, new
habits, a new language, and strangers. It was a very difficult decision
and because of the language barrier, I struggled so much at first.
My dreams have remained the same, I want to set up my own business
here and enrolling at Oxford Business College will help me accomplish
this.
Now after a year of living in this wonderful country, and after two
months of studying at Oxford Business College, I feel more confident
speaking English, because at first I was ashamed, but now I feel that the
world understands me, and I am very confident that everything I will
learn in this college will help me to develop more skills.
I have developped time management skills as I combine working and
studying online at weekends. It is a challenge for me but very enjoyable
one.
Since the Course started two months ago, I have discovered that I can
communicate in front of other people, unlike before where I was very
shy and would never engage in a group discussion, but with help of the
teacher I learn to become a new person.
I discovered that I like to learn with other colleagues in the group that I
am Social Learner, and from the learning styles of Honey and Mumford
I am an Activist. I discovered new learning skills and beautiful things
and I know for certain that every single thing I learn will help me in my
future a lot.
Also my way of communication changed during this course module, I
feel that I am a different person, that I can become a more open and
definitely confident person.

According to Gardner’s theory I discovered that I have been blessed
with multiple intelligences: such as Bodily Kinesthetic, because I am a
good mechanic, plumber, electrician, builder, Naturalist, because I do
everything naturally, I work naturally and an Interpresonal because I
like to I socialize with people, to work with them, and the best example
is the Business I had in my country where I was a mechanic at my own
car service, and here in the UK I’m a driver for Amazon.
In my opinion, I thought that only a genius like A. Einstein has multiple
intelligences, because he was a good physicist, mathematician, but
what I learned in this course helped me to change my mind, to discover
myself, and to see new things I did not know in the past. I am very
proud of this new knowledge and I feel very able to learn more.

is my favorite quote, said by Einstein and now I think it represents me,
because I never give up what I feel and want.
I have improved my reading skills, now I am more confident in myself, I
can read in front of the public. I feel more confident, compared to how I
felt in the past, I have learned to overcome language barriers. I have

learned many styles of reading, signs, symbols, palm reading and my
search and research skills also developed a lot.
I have developped good tecnological skills using Powerpoint and Word.
I also improved my technique of reflection, reflection in action, because
I discovered that I have the ability to look to the past and see what was
good or bad, and I feel that this will prevent me from making the
mistake twice and securing a better future.
Schon(1983),in his theory of reflection, he has a major contribution to
learn and understanding this theory.
I learned new things in this course, now I feel more confident and sure
that I will succeed in the future and by learning I will become a
successful leader.
During this course at Oxford Business College, I realized that here is a
different way of learning than my country: in this College the teacher
encourages students, helps them, supports them and offers them
support in the learning style, giving them real examples, making and to

understand more easily what they have to learn from this course
module.
I am very proud of myself, that I ended up studying in a famous College
in the Uk, as an Oxford Business College. I want to successfully continue
this College, to finish it, and to learn everything that will be useful to me
in my future, in my career.
I want to open my car Business here in the Uk ,and I am sure that
everything I learn in this College will help me have a fruitful business.
I feel that everything I have learned so far helps me become the best at
what I do.
I want to thank my family, my teachers and the College for supporting
and helping me to change and become a good man and the best leader.
