Introduction
Communication is the way of transferring information or message in a systematic manner
from one person to another. Skills is the capacity to do a task in a sequential and expertise
manner. There are some of the major skills which help the individual in dealing with the
problem or situation is a proper and efficient manner. These skills include listening,
speaking and writing skills

Listening skills
Listening skills are the ability and capacity of the individual to receive the message in a proper
manner and interpret it to draw final conclusion. This skill leads to effective flow of
communication from the sender to receiver. It is very much necessary for a individual to have
this type of skills this is because it will reduce the chances of misunderstanding and
misinterpretation in the communication process.
