for happen this coronary heart disease is that while cholesterol accumulates on the artery walls,
creating plaques.
Importance of the physical exercise
According to the view of White, (2009) physical exercise is very significant aspect in the
present time by which health disease among the individual can easily overcome. Physical
exercise and activity is a body movement produced by skeletal muscles that results in energy
expenditure. An individual can engage with physical activities in daily life by various activities
such as sports, conditioning, household and other activities. While any individual do physical
exercise then more oxygenated blood supply to the muscles. Heart can more efficiently filter
blood and allow the individual to work out longer and harder. Exercise is a subset of physical
activity that is planned, structured and repetitive and has as a final or an intermediate objective
the improvement or maintenance of physical features.
On the contradicting view of Worden and Challis, (2008) stated that physical exercise is any
bodily activity that assist in maintaining the physical fitness and entire health among the people.
While any individual regularly do the physical exercise in daily life then they can improve their
health and fitness. Obesity problem can easily overcome with help of daily exercise because by
help of this activity, immune system can improve and overcome the weight. In the opinion of
Wolin and Petrelli, (2009) physical exercise can also assist in prevent the stress and depression ,
enhance the quality of sleep and also improve mental health.
