INTRODUCTIONIn the present time, every one have some health issue and disease due to improper dietand lack of physical exercise. People have no time to focus on their health by which varioushealth issue and disease can occurs in the individual. This health issue are related to heart,blood, lungs etc. It is very important for the people to do exercise and physical activities bywhich they can improve their health (Taylor, Smith and Bullmore, 2013). Many of the healthexperts said that 30 minutes running a day in reducing the risk of coronary heart disease in a manover 45 year old. There are several benefits of 30 minutes daily running a day such as preventdiabetes, lower rate of obesity etc. The major aim of this research proposal is to analyse 30minutes running a day in reducing the risk of coronary heart disease in a man over 45 year old.Itrefers to a narrowing of the coronary arteries the blood vessels that supply oxygen and blood tothe heart. With assistance of the physical exercise such as 30 minutes of running a day, coronaryheart disease can easily overcome among the people. There is huge importance of the 30 minutesof running a day in prevention of the risk of coronary heart disease in a men over 45 year old.
