Introduction
Employment relation is the term that helps to define the relationship between the
employer employees. It focus on both individual and collaborative relationship at the workplace
with increasing the emphasis on the relationship between the companies managers and their team
members.
This report will review the legal and regulatory requirements for creating the employment
relationship within the primary care and healthcare. it will also explain how it helps too create a
good relationship and provide a better services to the customers.

Legal laws and regularity are mostly required for creating the employment relationship.
for that government has created many rules and regulation and Labour laws that helps to create a
good relationship between both employer and employees and provide the employees their rights
within the company. in the healthcare sector all the laws are applied. the workers have a
minimum legal rights considering the right to get the weeks notice for twelvemonth of service up
to the maximal of 12 weeks. a national payoff of £8.72 Pound for all hour they are on the job for
the age group of 25 or above and lower rates are there for the younger workers. The maximal
normal working week of 48 hours applied to most of the employees within the UK. This locum
under the national minimum wages act 1998 (Fudge., 2017).
There are various law That are created by the UK government for the Employees and one
of them is health and safety work Act 1974. this act provide safety to the employees at the
workplace. Healthcare organisations have to provide safety to their employees and apply the
Safety Act so employees can work without any fear and give their best to provide the healthcare
and social care with services to the clients. employee safety is first.
Employment relation act 1999
the employment dictation act established the various number of rights at the work in the
following areas that can include the trade union recognition, maternity leaves, and where this
mission of strikers, parental leaves, employment tribunal awards, part time work an employment
agencies. this act focus to create a good relationship between both employer and employees
