Its give consideration over personal rights of customer, taking decisions in the mannerwhich will help to complied with the distinctive requirements in the best possible manner. In thisthe main function is to judging the needs of people and providing the kind of need they required,this kind of method can be known as person centred approach. The person centred approach isinclusive of following kind of benefits such as are-It helps in providing positive, healthy and beneficial environment for old age people at home. Itis very helpful in order to providing that atmosphere which becomes cohesive and the thingswhich are easy to manage and control. The H&C are taking various kind of step in relation tohave improvement in the services so that all activities can be carried out effectively. The oldage people want to feel sense of emotion with care givers. They want to feel self motivated andremain happy. This is need to be provide in order to measure health conditions of person so thatthey can be self motivated. In this manner it can be true to said that old age people are difficult tohandle as they need to behave with themselves as care providing by any family members, at thisage they generally become stubborn so that they need to provide effective care. Hence, it statedthat the Person centred approach is very helpful to change life style towards the positivedirection. The service providers are responsible to provide dignity and care or serve them ineffective manner, it is important to maintain confidentiality of the patient’s health status.Providing care at home to patient is essential because it is multicultural society and people arehere having diverse ethnic, social, culture and religions background.
