Prioritizing risks The risks that might be faced in numerous milestones are
to be identified, such as disapproval from state, improper
venue, ineffective methods for marketing and insufficient
number of audience. These risks might result in scope
creep, schedule overflow and many more threats to the
project. In order to avoid these risks, the identification of
these risks are very important. The prioritization of risks
has to be carried out such that they are mitigated first and
no further risks are produced.
