4.3: Recommendation to develop own contribution to meeting good practice requirements
While performing my roles and responsibilities I have found that due to certain areas i
cannot able to give my maximum contribution to my organisation. Thus, after examining my
weaknesses in have decide to improve them all in order to achieve desired goals and objectives
within limited period of time. Thus when I have observed that there are few areas which I need
to develop my own contribution with an objective to meet users and employees requirements in
more effective and efficient manner. Such recommendation are explained as below:
I should required to understand skills and knowledge of my subordination so as to give
them proper direction and guidance (Slichter, 2013).
Gaining knowledge about code of practices in order to run company in smoothly manner.
I should take participate in training and learning programs in order to enhance my weak
areas of knowledge.
Should give more priority to improve satisfaction level of users through paying attention
towards their health related issue.
Therefore, with the help of given points above, I can able to maximise my contribution in
meeting good practice requirements (Integrated people-centred health services, 2017).
