Health and social care is a growing and largest industry in all over the world. This sector
maximise the life expectancy as well as enhanced entire quality of life in an essential and
systematic manner (Health and Social Care, 2018). One of the main role and responsibility of
H&S care is to provide effective and healthy services to the users or patients . This report is
based on home care which is service provide industry In United Kingdom. This assignment
shown various types of principles and benefits of using personal centred approach (Aveyard,
2014). Different process which are protect the patients, understanding of ethical conflict,
implementation of regulations and Theories that are accentuate in H&S care practices, all these
are determined in this study systematically.
TASK 1
QI) Different kinds of principles that support in the residential care home
As per the case study of Denis, it is a person that face different problems about its health.
Under this, they have lack of money so they can not offered proper treatment. In this home care
support Denis by providing different types of principles which are determined as below:
Choice maximisation: It is essential for the organisation to create a long lasting
relationship with services users and providers. It encourage users to increased their chaise in a
systematic manner.
Providing healthy facility: In this home care give better treatment to Denis in order to
save their life. As per the case these person have lack of money so they can not offered better
treatment, in this role of manager to give healthy services at reasonable price.

judgement in such way that assist in complete their basic needs. One of the main advantages of
apply these practices is to protect services users by providing better treatment. It is highly
required by the Denis to save their life effectively. Another advantage of such approach is that it

and et. al., 2014). There are some other benefits of personal centred practices which are

As per the case study of Mr Arthur, they are senior staff member whose job is review and
control at work. They are face some problems and issues regarding their health. In this role and
duty of the service user s to prove basic treatment to the user in a systematic manner. There are
some process which is pally by the service providers are as below:
Proving health related facility: Assist the patients health, in this role of manager is to
provide accurate treatment to them. Few users are face different problems such as hypertension,
diabetes and many others (Harriss and Atkinson, 2015). In this care home is responsible to
provide proper medicine on daily basis.
Helping appearance : Each and every old aged service users at the service care home
that needs regular personal care and grooming. It is the role of the Mr Arthur to retain the basic
cleanliness and hygiene of the residents.

dilemmas or difficulty when provide services to patients of H&S care homes. One of the main
focus of manager is to proceed care of service user problems at natural level. For example: Mrs

different activities in group, physical workout and many other to involved in those functions as
Mrs Helen wants and needs to relax. Service provider of the care home service in honourable
dilemmas and proceed effective decision regarding this. In this case she is refused to a have

care apply different acts such as health and social care act 1920, it is one of the main and
essential act which is used by the each and every business to provide proper services and
products to the patients. This act said about the health and safety of the service users by
providing friendlily environment and healthy meals. This act has few policies that highlights the
rights and role of persons at the equal time period. Right to action, it is also another act which is
apply by the home care to provide accurate direction and guidelines to their service provider in
order to treat all patients in safely (Roski, Bo-Linn and Andrews, 2014). Care standards act,
2000; this act said about the parliament of the UK which gives for the management of different
way of care organisations, including independent hospitals, children's home, residential care
homes and nursing homes. Main motive of this regulations is to refer the legislation relating to
