systematic manner (Health and Social Care, 2018). One of the main role and responsibility of
H&S care is to provide effective and healthy services to the users or patients . This report is
based on home care which is service provide industry In United Kingdom. This assignment
shown various types of principles and benefits of using personal centred approach (Aveyard,
2014). Different process which are protect the patients, understanding of ethical conflict,
implementation of regulations and Theories that are accentuate in H&S care practices, all these
are determined in this study systematically.
TASK 1
QI) Different kinds of principles that support in the residential care home
As per the case study of Denis, it is a person that face different problems about its health.
Under this, they have lack of money so they can not offered proper treatment. In this home care
support Denis by providing different types of principles which are determined as below:
Choice maximisation: It is essential for the organisation to create a long lasting
relationship with services users and providers. It encourage users to increased their chaise in a
systematic manner.
Providing healthy facility: In this home care give better treatment to Denis in order to
save their life. As per the case these person have lack of money so they can not offered better
treatment, in this role of manager to give healthy services at reasonable price.
Respect for service seeker of individual: It is another principles which is provide by the
home care to Denis at affordable prices (Burwell, 2015). In this role of service provider is to see
the privacy of user systematically.
Respect in diversity and different kind of culture: It is main role of service providers in
order to regard the diversity and various culture of patients.
Responsibility regarding risk taking: : Manager of the business entity should to protect
individual life in an accurate and essential manner. Administrator should does not demotivate
service user from take their part in home care activities which consider risk.

Personal centred practices: It is very essential and significant approach which highlights
entire practices of health and social care (Person-Centred Approach, 2017). It is formed by the

judgement in such way that assist in complete their basic needs. One of the main advantages of
apply these practices is to protect services users by providing better treatment. It is highly
required by the Denis to save their life effectively. Another advantage of such approach is that it
raise performance and efficiency of entire activities which is executed by care home (Cameron
and et. al., 2014). There are some other benefits of personal centred practices which are
determined as below:
Developing healthy environment: It support the service provider to develop healthy and positive
environment particularly for patients like old age user at workplace.
Providing accurate direction and guidance: This practice also assist the Denis to modify their
lifestyles due to positive guidelines.

As per the case study of Mr Arthur, they are senior staff member whose job is review and
control at work. They are face some problems and issues regarding their health. In this role and
duty of the service user s to prove basic treatment to the user in a systematic manner. There are
some process which is pally by the service providers are as below:
Proving health related facility: Assist the patients health, in this role of manager is to
provide accurate treatment to them. Few users are face different problems such as hypertension,
diabetes and many others (Harriss and Atkinson, 2015). In this care home is responsible to
provide proper medicine on daily basis.
Helping appearance : Each and every old aged service users at the service care home
that needs regular personal care and grooming. It is the role of the Mr Arthur to retain the basic
cleanliness and hygiene of the residents.
Helping emotional well being: As per the case study some person are faced depression
and mental trauma as well as negligence from their relatives, spouses and children. Therefore,
they require emotional help and want to be dealt with patience and care.
Helping mobility: In this, residents are not able to run itself and have few physical
disability. In this cases. Role of service provider to assist them in order to changing facility for
daily check-ups.
All these procedures are essential in care home to protect patients. In this main duty of
Mr Arthur is to monitor all situation and identify the proper treatment facility (Healy, 2014).

Q5) Knowingness of ethical conflict and dilemmas
As per the case study of Mrs Helen, she is 20 years old pregnant lady. Under this, she is
exhibited symptoms and signs of internal bleeding. In this they highly require blood in order to
save their life. Ethical dilemmas is identify as a condition of person has to create a various choice

between different alternatives. In this provider of health care have to face different ethical
dilemmas or difficulty when provide services to patients of H&S care homes. One of the main
focus of manager is to proceed care of service user problems at natural level. For example: Mrs
Helen, she is 20 year pregnant lady paining from lack of blood issue. In this care home conduct
different activities in group, physical workout and many other to involved in those functions as
Mrs Helen wants and needs to relax. Service provider of the care home service in honourable
dilemmas and proceed effective decision regarding this. In this case she is refused to a have
blood products as well as ignored the surgery because of her religious trust as state a Jehovah
Witness (Nelson and Staggers, 2016). It is arise the conflict between the service provider and
user which is not good for the patients to save their life in a proper and accurate manner.
Q6) Evaluation of the effectiveness of interpersonal working
Internal personal working mainly identify as a group working which is important for the
heal care organisation to provide effective services to the patients. In this various social and
health care policies are boost large number of the person in the H&S care to work. In this
manager support their desire and requirements themselves by pampering in creative and useful
activities. In this Mrs Helen wants to attend some activities with group, so that she is can sort out
regions issues in an accurate and proper manner. These activities are also give a awareness of
assurance in an individual as she acquires the sensitivity of state independent in such age.
Interpersonal working also support the patients in order to save their life quality. It is also useful
for the service provider to increase their basic skills and knowledge about treating service users.
Inter professional working is also important in social care and education. It is also essential in
order to maintain income as well as justice services.

Social home care analysis its own legislations, policies, rules and code of practices in
order to protect the patients In a systematic way. All this are framed by the government which
help them to provide equability and may others to the service user. In this manager of the social
care apply different acts such as health and social care act 1920, it is one of the main and
essential act which is used by the each and every business to provide proper services and
products to the patients. This act said about the health and safety of the service users by
providing friendlily environment and healthy meals. This act has few policies that highlights the
rights and role of persons at the equal time period. Right to action, it is also another act which is
apply by the home care to provide accurate direction and guidelines to their service provider in
order to treat all patients in safely (Roski, Bo-Linn and Andrews, 2014). Care standards act,
2000; this act said about the parliament of the UK which gives for the management of different
way of care organisations, including independent hospitals, children's home, residential care
homes and nursing homes. Main motive of this regulations is to refer the legislation relating to
the rules and inspections of different care institutions.
Q7) Local procedures and policies can be developed
The procedures and policies in the healthcare care organisation for the age group that
have to be retained as per the requirements of national policy. There are some policies which are
determined as below:
Selecting of Agents: In this needs of relatives and family members is to be nominated as
an agent. They are accountable or responsible for the well-timed renewal of charge. They are
also liable In emergency case concentrated to the service user.
In this old age persons have the role in order to lead disease free life and high quality.
Main needs for this care home is to provide accurate treatment to the patients essentially.
Therefore, the home care is liable for completing the basic three requirement such as Nutrition,
care and health of person to see that they never have dependence and state on all persons to lead
better life of quality.
The cultural, economic and social barrios required to be decreased. So in this entire
residents have a similar power to lead a better life quality disregarding of any differentiation.
This elements is called growing the community employment (Smyth and et. al., 2014).

Therefore, different persons should be provided a nutritious and balanced diet, so it assist them
in order to lead friendly and healthy life quality in this phase.

Theories are very important and essential for the individual to increase their motivation
level in an effective and efficient manner. In this service provider of the home care is to use Erik
Erikson theory of human development (Stewart and Wild, 2017). These aspects is very important
and beneficial for the individual to maintain their all needs and requirement in an effective and
systematic manner.
Erik Erikson theory of human development : As per this theories every people has its
own identify. It is composed of the various personality traits. In nature it can be determined as
negative and positive traits. These are acquired or innate which are vary from an individual to
another lay on the influence degree that the surround has on the person. These theory has
different phase which is important and essential for the development of human needs.

There are mainly two type of research methods such as primary and secondary. All these

 I am able to provide good practices to the patients so they can save their life quality
easily.
 Various activities of H&S which is needed by me to monitor all process on daily basis.
 I provide different training and development programmes to workers on daily basis.
 Healthy and friendly environment should be retained at workplace by providing accurate
and effective services and products.
As a manager of the home care service I has different roles and responsibility to give better
treatment to the patients at higher level (Turner and Clegg, 2014). So it is beneficial for me to

increase effectiveness and performance of the employees in an accurate and proper way. As a
manager of the home care, my first responsibility and role is to save patients life by providing
quality products and healthy environment to them. I am liable to organise different resources and
factors to protect and safe the patients life. In this proper and accurate hierarchy need to
determine the implementation of process and policy state selected home care centre.

Organisation policy is one of the main and essential part of the service provider because
with the use of these, they easily treat large number of the patients safely. This policy also
support the manager to take effective and accurate decision about the enhancement of business
operations and functions (Wallace and et. al., 2014). In order to implement policy, service
provide give their full efforts for the growth and development of organisation.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report, it can concluded that health and social care is growing
industry. There are different tools and techniques which are used by the manager in order to save
individual life systematically. Personal centred practices is one of the essential approach to
identify choice and behaviour of the organisation in an effective and systematic manner. Erik
Erikson theory of human development also assist the service user to develop and grow individual
life in an accurate and proper manner. Organisation policy also important and essential for the
home care to develop accurate policy related to the patients treatment.
