guidelines to them by the nurses or employees. Guiding manner help to resolve patients
problems and help to understand their issues. That's why working management system play an
vital role to manage activities and provide better guidelines to patients related to their problems.

nature to maintain the service quality and provide better treatments to all patients. According to the
Data Protection Act through the health and social care organisation should protect the patients
information related to their personal life. In the legal act should not reveal the information of patients.
To control the risk related to the health in the care house there is working Control of Substance
Hazards to Health Regulation (COSSH). Through the organisational employees should properly
provide the training and lectures to all over the staff so they can work effectively.
To maintain the quality of services and treatments of heal and social care department. So there is
should regulated some effective polices and regulation those are have to follow by the staff members.
Its help to develop business in the effective manner and help to achieve goals and objectives. There is
should create clear and simple rules and polices by the head of persons of the organisation that easy to
understand by employees or staff so they can complete their work in the systematic manner. These
polices and procedures are reflects in the culture sectors those done by the health and social care

age, growth and development.

manage and control all over the activities and workers. Effective contribution of development and
implementation of polices and procedures are help to maintain the service quality and resolve health
related problems of patients. Before develop the polices for selected organisation so have to properly
analyse the environment after that evaluate the problems then properly understand them and find out
their reasons to occur. By which they are affecting on working systems and service quality. After the
proper evaluation and analysis then implement the polices with effective rules and regulations those are
have to follow by the all staff members (Mechanic, 2012).

To develop the heal and social care organisation in the effective manner so there is implement
some effective rules and regulation as well as systemic polices those are have to follow by staff
members. There having major recommendation to proper maintain the quality of services and give
proper satisfaction to patients so there should improve their working capabilities and skills of staff
members. In the organisation should develop clear and easy polices those are easy to understand by
workers so they can work according to that and provide better services and treatments to patients.
