to be implemented in the East and West care home to work
effectively and properly.
• Care Standard Act 2000,
• Health and Safety Act 1974,
• Equity Act 2010,
• Health and Social Care Act 2008-2012.

Local policies and procedures developed in accordance
with national and policy requirements
It is very important for East and West care home to also take care of
local policies and procedures in the organization to maintain their
standard.
• It is required to provide best working environment to patients and
care providers in the organization.
• Care standards act 2000 states that hospital must maintain set
standards and provide service which matched with these standards.
• By giving training staffing members, manager will be able to
develop this environment in the East and West care home.
