element. There are so many diseases which people suffer
from. People should be aware of those diseases and must

of data protection act and they do not reveal any kind of important
information of client. In this data protection act permission is to access
the information is only provided to proper person. It is ensured by this
act that this can be necessary only when chemicals and substances are

service plan for a service user this theory can be implemented.

same identity, people choice to be unhealthy practices like drinking
and smoking. The culture which involved tattooing and piercing,
blood borne and needle born infections are common to such scenario.
In their culture they are bound to do those things and it cause them
with risky affects for later use. Due to culture qualities, some care
workers may favour one service user than another. All service users
should be treated equally and fairly with no type of favouritism.

satisfies by another person working in the same field in its team. It
provides support for making a plan of care continuous and to decrease the
delays in the service.
