Health and social worker respect the Alice because theirbehaviour will improve their confidence and self-worth in their work.DIGNITY: it means that every person who is using their services will not be treated in inhumanway. For example taking care of Alice like normal human being (Tranvåg, Synnes andMcSherry, 2016). 1.2 Procedure for protecting people within the organisation from any type of harmIt is the duty of organisation to ensure that the people who are visiting the organisation orare working within the organisation should be protected from any type of harm, injuries andabuse (Health and social care standards, 2019). It is one of the mandatory duty of employer ofan organisation to ensure people safety within the workplace. Therefore HCA should ensure tofollow health and safety law are provide protection to Alice, her children along with employeesof an organisation. The protection does not means only to provide physical safety but to maintaindignity and assure confidentiality of their data. In order to protect Alice who is patient andemployees of HCA, a proper induction programme should be their for employees of anorganisation providing proper training to the employees regarding dealing with any type ofdangerous or harmful events in workplace. Secondly it should be assured that food which hasbeen provided in HCA should be hygienic so that any type of difficulty does not occur to thepeople working in organisation. It should be ensured that the management of HCA should takereasonable steps in order to ensure minimum hazards at workplace (McCormack and McCance,2016). Also HCA should ensure to take an action again those who fails to provide services inhealthy and safe manner or who fails to maintain the dignity of law under which the company ororganisation perform its functions. 1.3 The way in which Alice will get benefit of person centred service provisionPerson centred approach helps carers to focus on very important aspect of care and whichis to fulfil the needs of patients. With the application of this approach it Alice will receive betterquality care. In order to apply person centred the nurse will communicate with Alice regardingthe her needs and wants. For instance Alice love her son Mark but is also depressed by the erraticbehaviour of his son so by knowing this factor nurse can create a care plan. As in case it has beenmentioned that social worker has ensured that Alice will participate in family group conferencewhich is a result of discussion between Alice and social worker. Therefore Social worker hasused an approach in correct and effective manner. As per the views of Nelson and Staggers, (2016), service users who are knowledgeablean knows how to handle and manage their health results in positive health outcome. Also if theservice users are given an opportunity to make their own decision regarding care then as a resultit was found that such persons are more satisfied with the type of service they are given.
