Different process which are protect the patients, understanding of ethical conflict,implementation of regulations and Theories that are accentuate in H&S care practices, all theseare determined in this study systematically. TASK 1QI) Different kinds of principles that support in the residential care home As per the case study of Denis, it is a person that face different problems about its health.Under this, they have lack of money so they can not offered proper treatment. In this home caresupport Denis by providing different types of principles which are determined as below: Choice maximisation: It is essential for the organisation to create a long lastingrelationship with services users and providers. It encourage users to increased their chaise in asystematic manner. Providing healthy facility: In this home care give better treatment to Denis in order tosave their life. As per the case these person have lack of money so they can not offered bettertreatment, in this role of manager to give healthy services at reasonable price. In this role of service provider is to seethe privacy of user systematically. Respect in diversity and different kind of culture: It is main role of service providers inorder to regard the diversity and various culture of patients. Administrator should does not demotivateservice user from take their part in home care activities which consider risk.

One of the main advantages ofapply these practices is to protect services users by providing better treatment. It is highlyrequired by the Denis to save their life effectively. Another advantage of such approach is that itraise performance and efficiency of entire activities which is executed by care home (Cameronand et. al., 2014). There are some other benefits of personal centred practices which aredetermined as below: Developing healthy environment: It support the service provider to develop healthy and positiveenvironment particularly for patients like old age user at workplace. Providing accurate direction and guidance: This practice also assist the Denis to modify theirlifestyles due to positive guidelines. Effective communication: It help social care homes in order to make effective connections withservice user effectively.
