3MARKETINGQ 1. What are UPS’s Business customers looking for when committing to work with UPS?United Parcel Service of America or UPS is a popular logistic business. It is situated in USA. From the given scenario, it has been received that the maximum revenue of UPS comes from its business customers rather than the residential customers (Ups.com, 2018). They get more profit from their business customers than the customers of business to business or business to homes. However, business customer is the group of customer that purchases a product to use itin the manufacturing of other products (Solomon et al., 2014). In the current years, their businesscustomers want to become a partner of this organization. According to the demand of business customers UPS should be a strategic problem-solving partner for their business customers. The business customers want help from UPS to improve their logistics strategy and operation processbesides cutting the cost and to provide excellent customer service. The business customers want that UPS should persuade its business customers as this will allow their business customers to understand what other companies are doing for their customers. The business customers of UPS want a trusted partner rather than just getting a superior product. In a logistic business trusted partnership is vital besides delivering quality product or service (Warner & Sullivan, 2017). From the UPS their business partners expect more cooperation and a strategic partnership work while committing with this organization. However, strategic partnership between UPS and its business customers will be helpful to get new customers and to solve any business related problem. From the given case study it has been analyzed that the business customers of UPS are looking for a trustable partnership work.
