INTRODUCTION
Marketing can be a successful tool that can be used for the successful promotion of the
business of an organization. It includes various types of principles that can make an impact on
the successful marketing strategies or programs (Hopkins and et.al., 2021). Sainsbury's is one of
the largest retail organization that operates in UK. The organization provides its customers with
the various types of products and services (Sainsbury's, 2022).
The report will explain about the various principles of marketing that can affect the
successful marketing strategies of an organization. The aim of the report is to analyse and
understand the various aspects of the successful marketing.

The analysis can be done with the help of the various models that can be used so that the
strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the Sainsbury's can be analysed.

and et.al., 2021).
Strengths
Top listed company- One of the strengths of Sainsbury's is that the company is one of the
top listed company that provides the opportunity to the people that are able to purchase
the shares of the company and become a member of the company.
Unique promotion strategies- The strategies of the promotion of Sainsbury's is unique
from its competitors that provides the company with the ability to communicate its
business with its customers more effectively.
Weaknesses
Increased prices- One of the weakness of the Sainsbury's is that the prices of its products
have been increased after the pandemic as the economic uncertainty resulted into the
shortage of supply of its products that led to the increase in price of the products (SWOT
of Sainsbury's, 2022).
Weak financial stability- The weakness of Sainsbury's is that currently the financial
stability of the company is not better as from the last 2 years the company is facing
financial losses that led to the reduction in the annual revenue of the organization.
