INTRODUCTION
Individuals operate for different reasons to improve their talents, experience and
education. It encourages everyone to develop and grow new talents and new stuff that offer them
potential job opportunities (Brewer, Morris and Piper, 2016). Different elements contribute to the
work of workers, including pay, additional benefits, the workplace climate and assistance from
peers. There are favorable and detrimental effects on workers because they boost their skills and
job efficiency. It would also give everyone the chance to learn and boost their ultimate standard of
inspiration in potential. The research contains an analysis by John, who wants an analysis to see
what makes employees work while buying the IOM Electronic Ltd Company. This task summary
contains different motivating reasons for workers to perform. It also contains positive and
negative causes that have reduced a worker's position.
WHAT DOES MOTIVATION MEAN?

The word motivation implies that certain requirements and desires of workers are about to
be met by the company. They should also make attempts to achieve the company objectives. The
strongest hypothesis is that Maslow needs hierarchy in order to grasp this incentive, and that
different needs are categorized into two variables. Intrinsic and extrinsic inspiration is the ones
used. Intrinsic inspiration implies the fundamental needs that nutrition, shelters, clothing and
several other meet for workers. However, extrinsic demands are met by the achievement of
external conditions, including pay, premiums, bonuses, additional revenue.

THE VARIOUS FACTORS WHICH MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES TO
WORK
There are different reasons that inspire workers to work while they make a living.
Motivation serves to encourage an individual to work with willingness and enthusiasm. These
requirements include alarm, on-monetary compensation, interactions with peers, leadership
relationships, education and growth, job climate, business evidence and several more (Cheese and
Hills, 2016). These aspects encourage and enhance workers' morals. There are some reasons that
encourage people to serve in John's enterprise which is explained below:

Salary: People struggle to make a living by earning a wage. Having received monthly
wages helps improve the living conditions of the worker. Wages empower a worker to begin with
another person to satisfy their daily requirements. However, for a number of years it doesn't
produce positive results. Wage is a minor aspect to meet needs of the employees. Lack of
