Introduction
The report combines of several factors that framework why actual motivate
people to work as well as it raise component of motivation that encourage person
and they can pursue their job role by fulfilling each task role. In general motivation
act as a inspiration to work with positive and continues manner (Varma, 2018). Along
with this work environment plays major role to contribute positive as well as negative
elements that influence job role. It also consist of evolution of mental, physical that
involve any of the aspect like negative and positive result. The report discuss several
types of motivation concept and theories for in depth knowledge.
What does Motivation Mean?
The motivation mainly concern with the mental and physiological factors that
majorly affect the individual behavior as well as group. The value of intrinsic and
extrinsic concept so that it will motivate to work (Tansey and et.al., 2017). Value of
intrinsic refers psychological concept so that individual person gets highly motivate
or inspired to accomplish competitive edge of company. In general motivation
concern with Maslow theory that direct motivation in terms of safety, physiological,
self esteem, belongingness and at last the person reach at its ultimate potential for
its self actualization purpose. Whereas extrinsic concept of motivation leads to
outside mode of motivation fulfillment like rewards, perks, recognition, benefits etc.
This is mainly associated with Taylor scientific theory while fulfilling extrinsic modes
of motivation. The company always try to deliver ultimate benefits for their employee
so that they can gets fully motivated as well as in productive manner for work.
The various factors which motivate employees to work
The force of motivation is most essential for influencing working environment so
that each employee can work in more effective and easily manner to accomplish
company goal. Motivated employee always deliver productive result for more profitability
of company. Here are some factors that motivate individual employee that is given
below-
Salary: This factor is most optimum source of motivation for employee because
this will encourage employee to execute work task so that more money or salary
