INTRODUCTION
Leadership is a broad field consisting of one person guiding individuals as a group to
achieve a common goal and objective, a leader is a person who understands the unique features
of their followers, and helps to motivate and motivate team members to achieve vision, leads in
managing vision, helps goal team members to achieve goals more efficiently Will train in the
category. From an organizational perspective, leadership becomes the process of leading a
company goals. Management, on the other hand, it refers to the broader process of organizing,
managing, and controlling the pool of resources, vision to achieve a given purpose (Evans,

Evaluation of leadership and management assessment
With my academic experience I have released that the both leadership and management are
of immense value to the company circumstances and their fundamental differences indicate that
they have different values for company. Leadership is always people driven. Around the world,
there are many companies that care managing material resources goes far beyond the status of
their workers. Whatever your career status, assessment of leadership style provides ideas for
objectives related to capabilities a leader require. It is essential to identify more about your skills
of leadership because of the following reasons:
This will help you to use your leadership strength.
This will help you to improve your leadership weaknesses.
A quality leadership assessment which is considered as high will tell you what kind of person
you are. This is very essential factor to become a good leader. Your self-awareness of personal
qualities and leadership skills can greatly improve the way you lead companies and engage with
others. This activity will help you develop your leadership strengths and identify your
weaknesses in order to improve them (Uhl-Bien, 2021). My own strength and weakness related
to leadership and management skills are as follows-
