INTRODUCTION As world of work generally defines to a motive which is related to individuals that are working as well as helping to understand different components of motivation that helps them in in carrying out the limit of individuals in order to carry their job work accurately as well as effectively in their type of task. As motivation basically motivates individuals in order to work for a regular period of time in a positive manner (Scarry, 2020). As with in a work culture surrounding is playing different aspects as well as the impact of individuals that could be e positive as well as negative that could affect job role of an employee. This report is based on world of work of an individual. This sport includes concept of motivation, different factors which motivate employees to work, positive factors that employs experience as a result of job roles, negative factors that employees experience as a result of their job duty, strategies to handle with negative factors that employees experience along with its conclusion. MAIN BODY Concept of motivation. Motivationgenerallyperformfor mentalaswellaspsychologicalwellbeingof an individual that could help them in understanding individual behaviour in terms of groups or individual basis. There are internal as well as external types of rules which are used to motivate as well as encourage employees to work with their higher level of efficiency so that they could be able to accomplish their goals in terms of competitive benefits in their workplace. As concept of motivation is said to be consisting of psychological, safety and security, self-esteem along with belongingness of an individual that could reach to potential individuals and as a result self- actualization needs could be fulfilled (Koprowska, 2020). Along with that external motivation carries a motive in terms of understanding or determining requirements of an individual for motivation in their workplace like providing them awards, perks, benefits as well as recognition. Also so types of motivation are related to words scientific management of tailor that motives in carrying out external motivation for employees in order to work with their higher level. As sometimes in case if company is providing incentives as well as benefits to employees as a result they will we get highly motivated and they will provide your best performance in order to get more profits than before in terms of working. 1
Various aspects that motivate employees to work. Motivation aspects is considered to be an essential element for working surroundings in order to motivate employees for working (McDougal, Lasswell and Chen, 2018). As by having good working surroundings individuals will be feel motivated as well as and courage towards their work in workplace and as a result they will be able to provide with their work through higher performance in company as they are effectively satisfied with their work culture as well as facilities which they are provided with in terms of motivation due to different factors. As there are various factors that motivate employees in order to work like salary, promotion as well as working surroundings. Salary:It is considered to be one of most difficult aspect for motivation of employees in their working culture for making money for company. As salary is said to be highest motivation aspect for an employee in order to work with their higher level of efficiency (Gardner, 2021). Because of mass loss theory financial aspect in company is considered to be highest aspect of motivation which is used to motivate employees in order to work with effectiveness. Wrong with that tailor theory is also considered to be most relevant theory in order to motivate employees in terms of salary that motivates. So salary amount of individual plays an effective role in workplace in order to motivate employees for performing with their higher performance. Promotion:As different companies uses modes of promotion in order to motivate employees for retaining higher performance in them. best companies want to retain best employees in their workplace that could be carried by providing best incentives as well as efforts to company (Wampold, 2019). It is main responsibility of company to hire best skilled employees for them and promote them on their higher performance in terms of appraisal so that they could get confidence in order to work with more efficiency for accomplishing goals of company as well as themselves. Working surroundings:As providing a vital and relaxed work culture could lead to motivate employees. As when they are provided with effective work culture without having any issues and conflicts they will be able to concentrate on their job roles effectively and try to provide with their effective productivity in terms of higher performance so that goals could be achieved (Beck and Gödöllei, 2020). 2

As stress could lead to impact lot of health issues of employees so for that company should determine various risk assessments along with reasons of stress while working in and Company to have benefits. There are different negative aspects that could create a negative effect in workplace which leads to have conflict in their management along with their human resource. Along with that employees could face lack of training and development programs that could create a negative effect in terms of enhancing their skills and issues in having their personal or professional development. There are also different issues which is related to salary e along with various work environment which is provided that in workplace which could affect their performance. Strategies to deal with negative aspects employees experience as a result of their job duty. As in order to deal with negative impacts what are faced by employees in working experience of their job roles. There are strategies which could be used by company in order to resolve them so that employees could be able to work. Some of strategies that could be used by companies in order to deal with negative factors that are faced by employees in carrying out their job roles are as follows: Clear cut policies:As companies should have their clear-cut policies for carrying out issues of safety along with security of employees so that negative impact in terms of security along with any doubts could be reserved at beginning to avoid negative 3
experience of employees and as a result they will be able to understand structure as well as terms of workplace easily (Hamdani and Maulani, 2020). Communicative relationship:As by having effective communication in workplace it will help in providing positive relationship in terms of interaction of employees towards their company. That it will provide with the advantage to resolve negative factors that are experiencedbyemployeesintheirworkplace.Aswhenemployeesaswellas management could be able to communicate easily without having any hesitation or other things it will lead to create enhancement it in terms of performance of employees as well as for company also. Participation as an active interest:As order to resolve negative impacts that are experienced by company in their workplace company should participate in order to engage their employees for gaining their interest level in order to resolve their negative experience (Kate, 2020). As when employees are engaged in higher terms they will feel connected towards their work place and try to provide there best of performance in order to achieve their goals. Along with that companies could provide various benefits in terms of Perks, compensation as well as promotions for motivating employees in order to reduce their negative experience. CONCLUSION From above report it could be concluded that motivation is considered to be an essential element it in workplace that motivates employees in order to work. Individuals work in order to fulfil their needs and along with that there are various factors in terms of positive as well as negative that the faces carrying on their job roles. this report carries a brief explanation of concept of motivation that is required to motivate, along with positive as well as negative factors that are experienced by an individual while performing their job duty. With that there is an explanation of different strategies that could be used in order to reduce negative factors of employees that they will be able to carry their work as well as job role without any confusion and perform effectively. 4
