INTRODUCTION
 Decision making generally refers to group of activity which looks at making
different decision by understanding different element of issue.
 Toyota Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer
headquartered in Toyota, Aichi, Japan

Background of Problem
 Toyota motor co. Ltd is one of the biggest
automobile manufacturing company in the world
and is well known for producing good quality of
product in the market.
 Company was well known for producing product
which is good in aspect of safety of customer in
the market but in the recent time the story is not
the same as it was in the past.

Information derived from Problem
 There are varieties of the different type of the
information which is presented in front of the
company which will help the company at the time
of making or thinking about the solution of the
problem which has been identified. Some of the
information is as follows:
 Customer relationship
 Quality Measure
 Customer health

Solution of Problem
 There are variety of the different sort of the solution which was in front of the
company to adopt in regards of problem which has been identified by the company
in long run. Some of the solutions are as follows:
 Adoption of operational management technique
 Review procurement task of company

Decision Review Technique
 Toyota has to make sure that they used to follow 6 simple steps in the organization
to decide which alternative will be the best alternative for the organization. Seven
different steps are as follows:

 Chose among alternative
 Review your decision

Implementation Plan
 There are 4 different sort of step which needs to be followed by the organization to
implement the plan in the organization. Following step are as being followed in the
organization:

 Implementation
 Monitoring and controlling

Stakeholder Communication Plan
 Stakeholder are generally group of the individual in the organization who generally
has good sort of the interest linked with the project of the company.
 There are two type of stakeholder i.e. internal stakeholder and external stakeholder.
 Internal stakeholder are the one which generally used to operate from the company,
whereas external stakeholder are the one which generally used to operate from
outside in the organization.

Monitor and Review Technique
 To monitor and review the technique which will be adopted in the
organization, benchmarking technique will be used in the organization.

CONCLUSION
 After going through the above report it has been concluded that quality
issue is the issue which is being faced by Toyota in the long run.
 After that report conclude that there are 4 ways through which issue can be
overcome and report also highlights that there are 6 step implementation
plan will be used to implement the plan in the organization in the better way
in the organization.
