The purpose of the document is to develop chain of informationthat is need to inform set of people for any event that would led in/for organisation & individual(Burke and Clark, 2016). Also, its been important to way with help of which information mayproved as judicial to share. This report has been conducted in relation to assistant humanresource officer. Moreover, report will try to be focus on different types of document that ispresent in regards to agreed info. Also, report will try to focus on different format of documentsin the business environment. Also, this report will try to put down concise onto build requiredcontent for the training for intention of professional development. 1.1 What are different types of document that could be used to present agreed informationTo present agreed information by assistant HR officer, there exists different types of thedocuments are fax document which is useful during business and can be used to inform people ofdifferent to arrive for training purpose in faster way (Nguon Lundberg and Swanson, 2017). Withthis, print of any advisory would be taken. Memo are being used for about informal in form ofboth paper & electronic media. Other is formal business letter used for spreading communicationamong departments for calling for the training intention. Out of all given, fax document will bebest documents to easily informs departments of a firm for training intention. Also, businessletter can be supportive option to call for training programme. 1.2 Compare the different formats that could be used within each of these documentsThere are different formats of document such as portable document format (pdf), plaintext (.txt), rich text format (.rtf) as well as documents (.docx). Docx is the format, when write orsave something wit use of Microsoft word, .txt, when write in the notepad and pdf which is noteditable format. Moreover, most of the official documents are into the form of pdf to takes outthe print and circulates it many people. Also, docx and txt is applicable to convert into pdf forease to read and storage. Adobe reader is the best software to read pdf file, when fax documentswas scanned and converted to the pdf.
