INTRODUCTION Professional Career Development (PCD) is the program in which students plan their career so that they can choose right option for their career(Bomford and Hambly). It is very important for students that they develop their career so that they will make their good future. Career development is the necessary process in which students do their self assessment. In their self assessment they analyse themselves that what they have and what they want to achieve. It takes more steps in the process of career development i.e. career exploration, planning and implement appropriate strategies for them. This report undertakes a reflection about a student who already worked as a barista in a coffee shop and perform a role play in which they analysed the opportunities that come from their previous experiences. MAIN BODY TASK Reflection Career development is the most important stage of students life in which they choose their career option that they want to do work in which field(Book, Henriksen and Stambulova, 2020).In this report I mentioned my career path and development in which I showed my experience and future opportunities. I can explain my career development planning in Gibbs reflective style so that everyone can understand easily. In my career development I experienced a role play in which my colleague played a role of interviewer and and I played as a interviewee. In my role play I experienced many questions that every interviewee faced. There is another person who assist us was Musfiqur Rahman that select me and my colleague for conducting a interview session in hospitality field. They gave me a role play of interviewee in which I gave many answers to interviewer that give me a experience of interview session. I was present for giving answer that was put up by my interviewer. It was the important session in which I experienced a great knowledge that gave me many important information that I can use in future for my career development. The outcome of role play gave me many positive things so that I can make or develop a better career plan as compared to before role play. I felt very nervous for my interview session that how it will be held that I can impress my interviewer or not. This role play plays a very important role in my career development because
it gave me a practical knowledge of interview that I already faced because of this role play (Bosanquet, 2017). It enhance my skills and knowledge so that I will face other interview sessions nicely to grasp good opportunities for my growth of career. When interviewer asked me for a very first questions I had a feeling of nervousness because I know that first impression is the last impression so that's why I felt some nervousness. But after starting of questions I felt some positivity when I gave a right answer that raised my confidence. With the help of confidence I faced very question very well and I felt very positively about my interview. Interviewer raised a question about my past experiences in which I faced some difficulty that how I was interpret my experience in words. They asked for that why they hired me for their company so I felt that how can I show my interest in their company and link my strengths to their company. But I gave a answer very confidently that I already work as a barista in small Italian coffee shop for 3 years. It shows my past experience that I felt that it gave some positive impact on interviewer. Because I had already worked in hospitality that shows how much I have essential skills that impress interviewer. It is very benefited for my career because of this I will improved my weaknesses. I felt very confidence when he asked about my experience that how I dealt with unhappy customers. Because I already experienced that incident priorly so that's why I felt very confidence when I told about my experience that how can I overcome with that issue. When I think about interview today then I feel that how can I nervous in my role play because there was no such thing that I had to worry about that. Interview session was very good because I feel that it gave me lots of experience and knowledge that help in my career development(Brown and et. al., 2019). There was only one bad experience on my role play that I felt very low when interviewer asked me about my weaknesses because I had no answer for that. I felt very disappointment about my answer that I gave to interviewer. I gave answer that I could not say to anyone but this is not right because I have a ability to say no to anyone. It may be become troubleshooting for my job and responsibility because supervisor may be give some burden of the work because of this answer and can be trigger at every place if I want to say no. In my interview session, I experienced very good impacts on my career development that I can make stronger my strengths as comparative to previous one and improvised or converting my weaknesses into strength so that I will perform better in my next job. It is very important that I have to analyse what the situation is running and how can I react with that and accordingly. With the help of role play I experienced many positive

I analysed skills that require for barista job role are multitasking, customer service, technical skills, attention to detail, responsible, listening skills, etc. they all are very important for my career development not only for this duty but also it applies in all types of job if person want to perform better. There are many situation can be create in future in which I will be lost my temper but if I gained lesson from my previous experiences that I gained from my roll play then I can handle the situation very well. All skills are very important to develop my best career because the companies search these kinds of person who have present these types of skills. I also faced some issues in role play but it is necessary that I have to be take in a positive way so that I can learned something from my past experiences. I analysed that every person faced bad experiences that gives me positivity that I am not the alone person who faced bad experiences. It is very helpful in the development of my attributes and etiquettes that is required in job roles (Mahmoudi-Gahrouei, Tavakoli and Hamman, 2016). I analysed from my role that I have to establish some important skills that help me to perform better in my job. It helps to take awards and recognition because of development of necessary skills. There are many skills that are required to fulfil the job role. I analysed that companies need those person who are multitasking that means they are the person who have a ability to perform many duties and responsibility at a single time. It is very necessary that I have to build these skills so that I can grow my career very well. I learned from my past experiences in role play that strengths should be develop so that it links with organisational mission and vision. I learned how to select in the organisation for giving best interview so that I can impress the interviewer. The first thing that I learned is to be confident in the whole session of interview because the interviewer give many situations in which students feel low or under confidence that check by interviewer that if any situation come that are not in favour then that person is not able to perform or act accordingly(Series). I also learned from the situation that I had experienced in
my role play that career should adopted according to the interest because if students choose those career in which they have no interest and knowledge then it will ruin our career. So that's why it is very important that students should choose their career path so well that make their future brighter. Brighter future is depend on the nature of person that how they can use their strengths and weakness for opportunities(Supriya, Arul and Jayakrishnan, 2019). If a person has a ability that they can convert their weakness into strength and also make threats into opportunities. To make their career path correctly then students should make action plan so that they can adopt the unexpected changes effectively. I have to become a successful barista so that's why I have to make a action plan that help me to improve skills that required for job which make my future brighter with the help of career planning and development. It is also analysed from the above report that for successful career planning action plan is plays a crucial role. With the help of action plan students make their goals and objectives very clear so that they can achieve in time.
