INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is a form of educational activity which done by students in order to
describe their learning experiences which is used to self evaluation and developing working
strategy for improvement. Evaluation of experience achieved from a interview is done in this
report in order to improve the working capabilities by which personal weak areas can be
improved.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on Role Play
During the interview I was asked several questions in a very systematic way through
which I was efficiently able to portray a clear image of my learning from my experiences.
Before, the starting of role-play I was very nervous but in the first question in which I has to
describe myself has reduced my nervousness and has provided me confidence to efficiently
communicate with the interviewer. Once my confidence level has increased then the next
question was asked which was about the identify my potential and learnings in different fields
which has provided interviewer a clear image of my working capabilities. After that further
questions were asked in such a way that it has showcased my different working styles as per the
changing situations by which I was able to portray my capabilities, as per the requirements and
with the has also allowed me to find creative solutions for the questions. Through these questions
I was able to identify my weak areas which was making a direct negative impact on my
performance. Due to which I am able to identify the weak areas and can analyse the working
strategy by which I can eliminate the weak sections because of which chances of goal
achievement are increased for me. I also analyse the through these questions the interviewer tend
to analyse the authenticity of my questions because of which the second questions was not
completely based on my experience but instead it was based on the extra activities which I had to
do except for being as an waitress. This has showcased me that I have to improve my skills and
also at the same time have to make sure that I am able to work in different situations, which was
identified by me during the question of angry customer and thus allowed me to showcase my
problem solving skills and team work spirit for better performance.
Self Learning Analysis
Through this interview I have analysed that even though I am having a efficient amount
of experience but still I felt hesitated before the time of interview because of which I have to
