INTRODUCTION
Professional development is learning to grow and administrate professional records such an

opportunities located in activity. The main objective of professional development is the effective
and adequate execution of skills and strategies which develop knowledge and delivery of
learning. The aim of this current research is to examine the influence of digital marketing on
profitability and sales of a business venture (Dawson, 2019). In this digitalization world,
business enterprises make digital promotion by using digital tools like social media tools,
internet and many more which make an optimistic impact in term of getting attention of number
of target audiences. The establishment chosen for current research is Marks & Spencer which is
well acknowledged British retail sector organisation and running its business at global scale. The
main headquarter of the business firm is situated at London, England. The respective firm
specialises in selling clothing, home commodities and food items for which a large number of

worker are hired from diversified group. Thus, the current research project is carried out in
Marks & Spencer to assess regarding the influence of digital marketing in profit margins and
sales of the corporation.
