Feelings- Before the start of this group presentation, I was feeling very existed and
enthusiastic regarding the presentation and was positive enough to make effective use of my
employability skills. But it was felt by me that my group members were little afraid regarding
their performance thus, I acted as a leader and motivated them to perform their work in best
possible way. After the completion of presentation I was satisfied as it was an effective and good
group presentation but I also felt that there are some areas where improvements can be made to
have better group presentation in future.
Evaluation- Overall I had a positive experience during the presentation as my
employability skills worked really well. My communication and verbal skills makes me able to
hook the audience as my good speech entices the listener and timely strategic pause and my self
confidence and body posture together with tone of speech makes my presentation more attractive
and nice. Beside this, my research skills enables me to collect authentic and relevant information
about Samsung company for the group presentation to make it more knowledgeable and
informative. Further, the overall ICT skills of my group ensured that an effective use of
computer applications and software was made by our group to have more interesting and
attractive presentation. The only issue faced during the presentations was related with
organisation of team that had also effected the time management of our group. Timely efforts
were also made by me and my group members to make efficient use of team building and
problem solving skills to ensure better flow of activity and smooth function of our group.
Analysis- On the basis of my past experience in the group presentation it can be analysed
that effective communication and verbal skills together with use of ICT skills and computer
knowledge had made the overall presentation of our group very effective. Through evaluation of
various literature and research module content we were also able to collect a viable and authentic
information for the presentation that had made it more informative and knowledgeable. But it has
also analysed by me that lack in my organisational skills had created many chaos and confusion
in the group that had hampered our performance and also lead to delays in some activity, but
with timely identification of issues and with the help of problem solving skills these issues were
properly addressed and resolved to ensure the success of our group presentation.
Conclusion- From the experience I got from this group presentation it can be concluded
that effective communication skills, research skills, ICT skills and other employability skills are
very important for success and timely completion of any group presentation or other activity.

Further it has also concluded that I need to work on my organisation and team work skills to
have improvement in them so that I can lead a group more effectively in future without having
any chaos and confusion among group members.
Action plan- To improve our presentation and performance in future I need to focus more
on proper bifurcation of work among group members as per their skills and competencies to
enhance their performance and have clarity in work. Beside this, use of some statistical tool like
work breakdown structure can also made by me to have better bifurcation of work. Further steps
cam also made to improve the ICT and communication skills with the help of some training or
educational programmes to have more attractive and interesting group presentation in future.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above assignment it can be concluded that my communication and
research skills are my key personal strengths that has facilitated effective and attractive
presentation through a knowledgeable content and better way of presentation. Beside this, use of
various computer application and software has made the group presentation more attractive and
interesting. But it can also be summarised that lack of effective organisational and teamwork
skills hamper the efficiency of group and also lead to ineffective time management and delays in
work.
