out of 10 rating regarding my own skill. Always it has been majorly dependent over
examination and the outcome that has been learning from new subject. Also further
adding over it permits me over performing and has been allowed to create a obligation
over work that is important for post of Event Manager. This helps in getting of direct
results of Ebers hotel. As per this welcoming upon progressions is to be done accordingly
to perquisite of circumstances (Cruess and Cruess, 2016).
Positive Attitude: In the present context this is an very important skills and if I have rate
myself the 8 rating out of 10 is going to be given. This is the reason why I have given
rating to myself this is required to check my confidence level. For conducting of various
tasks this is pretty much positive in nature and that delivery has to be done with full
efficiency of my own..
In competencies, some of the points which are necessary and have been mentioned below:
Problem Resolving: 6 out of 10 is the rating that I have given to myself and reason
regarding this has come in front is enhancing of improvement level within myself. So,
that I could gain suitable position seeing my personality. Leadership: This is related to that type of competency then I am going to rate myself 7
out of 10. Though they are not good numbers when it comes to lead a team. Therefore
this is going to be required for keeping upon learning of new elements and in relation of
my improvement regarding it.
Problem Resolving: Other crucial skills that have been majorly affected through overall
performance level from last two to three years. Basically, if I rate myself for this
competence then it will be 6 out of 10 which also needs right improvement.

There are various kinds of theories and approaches that are being utilized by the persons
to gain knowledge about speaking and other types of important skills. These have been used for
practice and are able to improve and also move forward. That is why approaches has been
helpful for me in a way that it is going to help in learning regarding my weaker skills. This has
been explained as follows:
Learning Theories:
Constructivism: Such theory is related to an assumption that learning is an much
continuous process which every individual ahs to go through. Also investigation
regarding my past experiences and environment around me has helped in learning few
things (Dikilitaş and Yaylı, 2018).
Cognitive: This theory is majorly based upon internal processes which have been meant to go on
with concentration and other mental activities or behavioral activities. This has been helping in
solving of problems and make memory sharp. By applying of the theory and helping in managing
problems by developing skills to solve them. Implementation of such theory that is going to help
in becoming of self sufficient and effective.
