providing me different situation and then they ask me that how I am going to act in that
particular situation. After clearing my technical round, I have to face HR round where they
check my personality and ask me various number of questions (Miller, 2018).
Because of strong academic background and my past experience, it helps me to get this
job and I secure the post of assistant manager. Even before my interview, I search about the
companies, job profit, role & responsibility of the post and other relevant information. I was
