INTRODUCTION

advancement programs are available for employees that becoming progressively more
competitive that's why it is very important to appreciate every worker whether he is existing or
new to company. This report is outlining the self-assessment skills and competences, personal
and professional development planning and application of varieties of learning and development
approaches within an organization (Brock Jr, A., 2020). The report is prepare on the Britannia
Hotel which is international in category, and has many branches throughout the nation. The
company has their main office in Hale, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. This hotel was
introduced in 1976. This report will give direction to the learners how to prepare for the job and
interview in a dignified manner which also intends to improve career scenarios (Carter, H.,
Drury, J. and Amlôt, R., 2020). Financial Supervisor is the chosen professional field in this
report. Moreover, unique kind of learning patterns have been applied to portray about several
requirements and establishing that an individual requires in administrative position.

industry. This program will ensure that an individual who required knowledge and skills are
relevant and updated which creates new opportunities in a variety of ways. In this program, an
instructor will provide advancement of his expertise that can be favorable in several manners
such as networks of training, intelligent management, contextual analysis strategy, coaching and
specialized help. Along with this, there are chances that various other strategies are also available
for there. With a reference to Britannia International Hotel, they plans for ongoing development
of an individual that can be beneficial to both employees and employers which has been
