Also, this report covers the on-going professional development, critical evaluation of various skills along with different competencies. On the other hand, it also includes the strengths and weaknesses of interview process. Lastly, it considers the job role within service industry which will be helpful. It is important for an individual to perceive their professional identity. This report also highlights the individual oriented learning in the industry. Professional development is important for students, employers and employees. This helps in enhancing the competencies of an individual in an external environment. TASK 2 P3 Critically evaluation of Own skills and Competencies Considering the personal and professional development of my own, it is important to consider various skills and competencies. Some of them are explained below: Collaboration and Cooperation:If I want to mention about this skill, then I would say that cooperation is necessary to manage the teams. The collaboration skill help me in achieving my targets on time.Also, if I want to rate my own on the basis of this skills then it will be around 9 out of 10. Willingness to Learn:Learning is a continuous skill that helps me completing of my work. Also, I will be able to develop my learning which will help in managing the events successfully. This will also help me in enhancing my knowledge in the practical environment(Everitt, Neary and Clark, 2018). Willingness to learn is very important to get developed in an individual. Although I have the will power for learning the new innovative activities. But, I want to enhance this skill which will help me achieving my career targets. Positive attitude:Attitude defines the personality of an individual. So, if I want to make my attitude positive then I have to devise various strategies for the development of my own personality. Also, I apply this skill towards motivating the workforce for ensuring better results. In relation with the Rosewood Hotel, I apply my skills for the enhancement of goals of the organisation. I want to develop some sort of new skills that will help me in developing my personality. This

The reason being that team is made of different members. So, the leadership skill is also effected by the nature of team members. Consumer Service:Consumers are the main target for any organisation. So, if I want to rate myself on the basis of this skill then I would say 6 out of 10.
