services to the customers. The organisation has managed to attract various visitors with the help
of different promotional methods. They had managed to acquire a huge share in the hospitality
industry (Pepe, and Maslach, 2021). The hotel is attracting different customers with the
implementation of new strategies and approaches. With this new era the hotel has implemented
various technological advancements to optimize their services and attract new potential
customers in the market. The hotel group is facing several issues due to the changing conditions
of the market. The main vision of the hotel group is to improve their services to gain a
competitive advantage in the industry. The management needs to create new ideas to generate
more revenues for the hotel.
