INTRODUCTION
Professional identity is termed as a respective professional section that will based on their varied
ethics, visions, standards and missions. Individual professional identity is established under
situations of several role of culture and values of standards. The management consider in this
report is Rosewood London hotel which was generally known as Chancery Court and established
in 1914 by Rosewood hotel group Court. It is a luxury 5 star organisation in the London,
England (Bastos, and et.al., 2021). The following report covers the importance of ongoing
professional development of the respective job role and its benefits for the stakeholders of the
management as with professional abilities and skills that are identified as per to the working of
an individual in the management. Hence, valuation will presented with the help of skill audit and
SWOT analysis by which an individual will perform their role. At last an interview script will
presented in terms of strength and weaknesses of the interview procedure.

Ongoing professional development is also termed as continuous improvement procedures
that will concentrates towards the profession in respect to advancing the abilities and skills. It
will present the learning actions and exercises that will improves their skills and competencies.

management in respect to improve their performance as with maximising the performance values
of the business.
Rosewood hotel is an international hospitality unit and an effective manpower that relates
to the facilities that offers to consumers in the management that will directly linked to hospitality
sector of service industry (Bøje, and Frederiksen, 2021). Ongoing professional development is
an important and critical exercise that are required to be hold by each respective in the business.
It also enables the manner to offer practices to the consumers who are visiting in the
management and keep them satisfied that will directly enhance the goodwill of the management
